Returns & Refunds

We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as your item(s) purchased from hazlix.com are still in their original condition, you have up to 30 days to return your item back to us!

To receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items

When will I get my refund?

This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse.

Can I combine multiple returns into one return?

The short answer is, no. Unfortunately, we're currently unable to process combined returns and therefore require you to send your returns from different orders separately.

Is there any return shipping costs?

At Hazlix, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality activewear that enhances their training experience. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please be informed that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If you choose to return an item, you will incur a return shipping cost. To initiate a return, please ensure that your item is in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
